What are your shipping charges?

 

Shipping charges vary by order. All orders under $50 are subject to a $5 shipping and handling fee. Orders over $50 are eligible for FREE Domestic Shipping. Unfortunately,  Free shipping offers do NOT apply to international orders.

Is there a Handling lead time for my order?

All orders are handled and shipped typically within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my package?

 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that supplies you with the tracking number of your package in transit.

How long before my order arrives?

 

Most orders ship within a few business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on carrier. We typically ship Domestic (USA) orders via USPS. Sometimes, we are busier than others fulfilling orders due to high demand or popular promotions- we appreciate your patience as it may take longer for your order to arrive.

Can you ship International orders?

Currently, we ship to the US and Canada Only. Unfortunately, it costs sometimes more than our products do to ship overseas and dealing with VAT regulations can not always work out well and some orders have been lost or never received in the past.

All International orders are shipped USPS International Mail. A Tracking Number will be provided but may not always track to final destination. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail to international countries and if USPS International Mail DOES NOT have a tracking number a Customs Form ID # will be emailed to you.

*All International orders are only shipped to the confirmed payment address.

International orders can typically take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive. Orders may take longer due to Customs hold ups. We are not responsible for any issues associated with Customs.

Unfortunately, the international customs process takes some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process. We are NOT responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country.
